The line-item intake and mathematical tools calculate locally. We do not intentionally transmit or store your income, expenses, asset values, debt balances, or scenario assumptions on our servers. No account numbers, government identifiers, bank credentials, financial statements, or health records are requested.
Optional labels and your own copies
Use generic labels such as “Car 1,” not account numbers or personal names. Closing or reloading the page clears calculator entries. If you choose to print or save a report, you control that copy and should store it securely. The full-picture and report tools can transfer your intake totals between parts of the same page inside your browser; that is not a server submission.
Accounts and payments
Paid access uses ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting platform supplies an account identifier and may supply your email and display name. We use the identifier to associate purchases and enforce access. Order records include the product, price, payment references, status, purchase time, and access expiry—not calculator figures or card numbers. Stripe processes checkout information under its own privacy policy. Tax or billing information requested at checkout is sent to Stripe.
Support tickets
The support portal is our customer contact route. If you choose to submit a ticket when submissions are available, we use the information you enter to respond to and manage your request. We store your support messages, product selection, timestamps, and account identifier so that you and authorized support staff can view the conversation. Customer messages are also sent through Resend to our private staff notification inbox. Staff replies are stored in the portal for you to read; they are not emailed from a personal inbox. Calculator entries are not automatically included in a ticket. Use non-sensitive examples and do not submit financial documents, account numbers, or other sensitive information.
Operational data
The hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses, request details, security logs, and information needed to operate their services. We have not added advertising trackers or data-broker sharing. We keep order records for access, customer service, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use the website ticket portal for support, privacy, or deletion requests. The portal shows whether submissions are available. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law.
